South Korean pilots in high alt suits

Just been on the Beeb news site and they have a picture of the South Korean Prime Minister (I think) having formated with S Koeran flight crew, most in growbags but 2 in pressure suits carrying their helmets http://newsimg.bbc.co.uk/media/image...07449712-1.jpg

Question is what do the South Koreans fly that requires the said suits.
I know I could look on the web somewere but I've an AOG buliding here at work and I don't have the time.

I suspect the ones in pressure suits are USAF U-2 pilots based in Korea - there are a few yanks in that shot
