Last Jag OCU Boss -who?

Anyone help me identifying and/or locating the last Jaguar OCU Squadron Commander?

From Wiki-wotsit:
16(R) Sqn's last Jaguar boss was Wg Cdr G Stockill. Not sure if the OCU role was transferred to another sqn until the Jags were retired though.
