RAF Form 756C (Aircraft weight & balance). Got one spare?

Has anyone got an e-mailable copy of the 2 sides of the basic W&B form? Simpler to use than the usual off the shelf forms. I'm reweighing a 1950's aircraft after some mods.

Thanks

Rob

They seem to have found the missing nosewheel stuck below the tailplane. Nobody knows how it got there.
