Arab Emirates.

Vietnam joins 24 other nations sending observers including Algeria,
Argentina, Australia, Botswana, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Denmark,
Finland, Greece, India, Indonesia, Kuwait, Malaysia, New Zealand,
Nigeria, Oman, Peru, Poland, Romania, Switzerland, Tunisia, Ukraine and
the United Kingdom.

Rodeo's roots began in 1962 as a combat skills competition designed to
develop and improve techniques/procedures while enhancing air mobility
operations, and promoting esprit de corps
How is it we only get to observe and not participate? Are we so short of staff and kit?

Without wishing to appear flippant, David, the answer to your second question can be found spread throughout this board. UK Armed Forces are close to being maxed-out at the mo. Well, at least those parts that might have been able to participate.
