What is your point? Technically speaking they are correct as all SH Helicopters in the RAF have a secondary SAR role.

Don't worry, if the RAF can't get it right, why should the press?? On the OFFICIAL RAF website, they have a large gallery of photos. More than one photo of a Puma is described as a Sea King demonstrating winching.

beats the glossy "Aircraft and Weapons of the RAF" publication handed out at all good AFCOs which has a picture of a KC-10 on the tristar page!
