yes. the $5bn price tag is funnily the same as the US is illegally holding in softwood lumber duties... :yuk:

Oh, I wouldn't worry about it surviving. If anything, it would probably be expedited and expanded. The question should be, will it survive if the Lieberals win again?:yuk:
