Happened to be at Stonehenge on Thursday when I heard the sound of blades. Turned round and saw an Apache being followed by a Gazelle.

I don't know, bloody tourists...

Yep been over at Abingdon Airifeld this last week too on at least five occasions on training, a couple were circuit bashing again at night... excellent stuff.

I saw two the other day. They were at 504' agl, heading 264 mag @ 124 knots, N51 090 W001 338. Wonder what they were up to?

Can you be a bit more precise about the flight parameters?

Try to strive for greater accuracy. :D

Hmmm...I could say that you lot need to get out more, but obviously you need to stay in more and just Pprune! :D

No, I was just curious as I was flying the number two cab at the time and was having a helmet fire at the time, MFD nightmare. Glad to see that we are being noticed!

BTW, cracking set of norks spotted just south of Keevil!

Bill, it is clear what the helmet fire is. But what is an MFD?

MightyGem 2nd Nov 2003 08:32
