£28k is a bit over the top for me, on the other hand one can buy eye-catching stick on garage door prints as shown below at a fraction of £28K. Not sure how one with get on with town planning regs etc.

We popped into the Cupar Buccandeer Centre today to look at the old girl,she is still in the car park sat on the (knelt) trailer at the moment,apparently they are eventually going to crane her over into the Deer Park for display - perhaps with cockpit access eventually (according to the Dundee Courier).We could only photograph the port side as they were unloading a truck on the other side.
