Good thing the wind was not blowing hard....he could have been dragged back out and hurt himself falling off the roof to the ground.

This is a very lucky man and a very happy "landing"!!! Something to tell his grand-children!!! Prompt recovery to him, he must have looked Death in the eyes.

Landing in the kitchen... I hope the home owner does not have the same dishwasher as some ppruners, he could have got infected!

Good the floors brown, that’ll hide some of the stains.

It depends on how much he got out. Maybe it was enough to slow him down a little and the roof did the rest (not that that wouldn't hurt mind). I saw a double malfunction on video of Bridge Day and the guy had a streamer and landed in the river. AFAIK it was a survivable event
you'd be surprised, there was the Lancaster rear gunner Nicholas Alkemade, and then there are the ones who do it on purpose like the guy with the two nets and the four cranes, and the guy in England with the helicopter and the cardboard boxes
I mean, who lands like that without a parachute and lives?
I hope he went and bought some lottery tickets afterwards......
That photo above with the guy standing over him reminded me of the scene in Battle of Britain film when Edward Fox crashed through the greenhouse roof and the young lad rushes in to get the cigarette box to hand him a fag, and he replies "Thanks awfully ole boy"
