Look East?
On that note, Belarusian news agency Nexta reports that a "Anti-terrorist operation" has been announced due to threat of neighboring countries. Also reports in telegram of men under the age of 27 declined to leave the country.
Somethings cooking. Probably belarusian troops in their IFVs.

Should've gone to SpecSavers.
"Russian forces claimed to take out a Ukrainian Buk-M1 SAM TELAR using a ZALA Lancet loitering munition....but actually destroyed an obvious decoy."

What's life like for newly-mobilised Russian troops in their barracks and temporary accomodation?
Terrible, from all accounts, with no heating, no food, no sleeping bags, no hot water, no toilets, freezing tents, bedbug-infested mattresses and no training. 🧵 follows.

Russians taking out Ukrainian vehicles crossing a bridge..
Watch it in slow mo, the first hit is on a vehicle lying on its side. the second one is on a vehicle that is half off the bridge and looks immobile and the third one appears to have been hit as the bridge at the side of it near the front is already blown away.

Perhaps a waste of ammo but whatever, that's 3 Ukrainian vehicles less in action. Not good!

There has been some interesting analysis done on the economics of Starlink... and the means by which it ever becomes economic seems to be elusive. Unicorn type elusive. Love what has been done with Falcon, the entry burn and landing burns are stunning concepts and implementation, but startling other than interfering with NEO tracking. It has made a difference in Ukraine "tho"...
Credit where credit is due - Musk and SpaceX and US gov (who call the shots) have done a cracking job of giving Ukraine a viable vital communications system in a hurry and for the last 9-months. A real shame that Musk has made some media mis-steps that have turned that positive altruism into ashes in his mouth.
Something else that is relevant is that this is giving Starlink (and US DoD et al) a really good workout at what it takes to harden a military grade Starlink. That's not something you get a chance to do in vivo at scale every day of the week.

Ooops…
Remember the 🇩🇪 IT company @janboehm revealed is a russian company founded by an ex-KGB agent? I spoke w/ cybersecurity experts about it & yes, it gets worse.
The investigation revealed "German" IT company #Protelion is in fact a cover entity of the RUSSIAN company #Infotecs, founded in 1991 by ex-KGB officer Andrey Chapchaev. Andrey received an Order for Merit to the Fatherland this year from: Vladimir Putin. Can't imagine what for.
Protelion had opportunity to compromise every company that used their software & give Moscow access to their network
Protelion/Infotecs sold software in 🇩🇪 for yrs that scans IT networks for vulnerabilities *from the inside*. That means:
That means **any of the 1M+ companies that have used Infotecs/Protelion software may be potentially spied on & compromised by russia**

Returning to the T62 topic, Ukraine has captured some rounds for T62, gives a good idea what they have available.
Firstly, most is of poor performance compared to todays standards (LAWs do better). As second, they're past their shelf life by decades.
