I have heard two completely opposing excuses put forcefully forwards for this by separate Putin supporters.
A. It was a deliberate and accurate attack on a military barracks that was once used as a hospital many years ago.
B. An example of some unfortunate and very rare collateral damage.
It can't be both, so which one is lying boldly?

Some of that is pretty old and must have had an agenda behind it to put it together like that.
The corruption issues that led to the World Bank / IMF rating UKR as 'Europe's poorest' was back in 2018. Equally it could have reported the 2020 position where the same authors reported that at 3.2% the GDP growth in 2019 was solid. Probably does not meet the desired message though.
None of that matters now as this sovereign nation has been invaded by a malevolent country.

New activity expected? Two Rivet Joints (1 x USAF, 1 x RAF) plus a USAF E-8C are monitoring the Polish/Romanian border areas. Usual collection of tankers there as well.

I cannot find the original source but they are not blind . i have seen the interrogation of a rus pilot ( i think the survivor from that video) and he clearly answered the question abt if he knew that he was bombing civilians in their homes - "well, i didnt consider it, i have targets & coordinates"
Thats all u need to know if they regret
