Consolidated Pneumatics of Fraserburgh (now defunct, but were known locally as 'The Toolies') were a major manufacturer of RR Merlins. An old lady in Aberdeen once told me she worked there building them. She was really annoyed when they put her on night shift as she missed all the dances.
