Final Report on BC Crash

Final report on the Snowbird crash in BC has been released and has recommended new procedures for dealing with engine issues on take off or landings.

It is also recommended that the practice of storing items between the ejection seat and the airframe wall cease immediately.
I was amazed that anyone would ever do this, let alone for it to become a matter of routine.

There seem to be two kinds of reports "from the investigator" and epilog"

In the case of CT114161 there are two links but both links point to the same document.

I haven't been able to find the report online, but I stumbled on this video analysis of the report, by a T-38 pilot:
