It was Tunisian. Heard it passing my house on its way in, bit too cloudy to see but it showed up on ADS-B Tracker. Happened to notice it again on ADS-B on it's way home.

Over in Reigate, Surrey, I also heard a rumble in the skies, turned on the plane finder app to see that the Tunisian C130 passing over at 15,000ft but unfortunately above the cloud base for my eyes. Serial Z21012 C130H built 1985.
There was also a Qatar Air Force C-17 that came into Stanstead from Italy yesterday, and then left yesterday afternoon and headed out to the south-west north of Brize and then out over South Wales and south-west out over the Atlantic.
Whilst 'exercising' in her allotment in Burgess Hill (south of Gatwick) the other day my daughter thought she saw a C130 at LL. As we used to have a LL route round there at one time perhaps it was using that. Anyone any ideas ?

The Qatari C-17 has been flogging around Europe/Middle East for a while, generally uses a LHOBXXX callsign. https://www.flightglobal.com/picture.../88396.article
Had a look on that site, picked up some C-17s in US that going from 60,000 to 20,000 very quickly, course maybe someone just mixed up a call sign

Turkish AF A400 went into Brize yesterday morning and, according to the Telegraph, was delivering a supply of PPE.
A video on Youtube suggests that the Tunisian AF C-130 at Northolt was picking up some stranded Tunisian citizens.

2 further Qatar AF C-17s departed Frankfurt on the 10th to destinations in Italy and probably en route back home.

It looks like he did some Beach Landings at Pembrey Sands as well as lots of low-level work!

Saudi Hercs are often a regular at EGNX, not seen for a while though.
