Murphy's design for a submersible involved filling the streamline bag with a large quantity of heavy water.

So you unload all zes heavy cylinders off zer truck, use zem, then load zem all back on zer truck to go for filling, vhy do you not simply fill it vith them on zer truck? No vonder ve are losin ze var.
