What was not commonly known was that the Farnborough Sub Aqua club regularly used the water tank when it was not being used to pressure test airframes.

Actually, it was a damned good flight until the crew found out it was my birthday, and let me have a go.

A lot of good entries for this,

3rd place went to
Kiltrash with, Ice Pilots ( Canada) knew it was a mistake hiring Hoskins for the Summer Season. Poor Hoskins, always mentioned, never wins.

2nd place went to
Big Pistons Forever with, Any landing you can swim away from......, and also a good one with the ebay one as well.

Treadigraph almost won this one from the start with the Duckota, until he beat himself with the Sea 47. So 1st place goes to him.

Over to you Treadi, I'll get the trophy sent off, once I get the rest of the stuff off the Yankee Zephyr.

Blimey, thanks Dan, a grand excuse to get the Crimble Cards down of the mantelpiece early...

Try this one (no one hurt apparently!)
