RAAF Growlers and Super Hornets

I've looked on the web and at pictures but can't seem to find an answer.
Are RAAF Growlers and Super Hornets two stickers - or does just the pilot have flight controls?
I can see something that looks like a sidestick in pix of the WSO/EWO station, but assume that's just to steer pods/imaging devices.
Is there some kind of fold out stick - do the GIBs get trained how to fly the jet?

I don't believe the rear seat has a stick installed - but the base of the stick mount is there.
Perhaps someone can tell the story of the Nav (now called something else that I can't remember...) that fashioned themselves a makeshift stick to shove into the mount "in case they needed to fly"...
Gold!
