Ah, hot money. Dirty Dick's in La Linea over 60 years ago, nothing changes, though no one for their finger's burnt 😆 (I was told)
I first went in Dirty Dick’s in ‘62- it was the first place I’d been to where the urinal was a cupboard at the end of the bar.
It was the place, apparently, to meet the fabled Charlie Brown, who would take us to an ‘exhibish’.
He duly turned up and off we went after several sherries.
I’ve been around the world a bit since then, but I do remember the La Linea flying bananas!
