Question RAF C160 Exchange Officers in Germany

The GAF C-160 exchange is coming to an end after some 40 years. I'm trying to find the names and dates of those who have filled this post over the years, to present the Germans with an 'honours board'. The info I have so far is:

Pete D (left RAF recently)
Frankie G
Nev R (RIP)
Andy R Jul 99 - Jan 03 (still in RAF)
P B Dec 86 - Aug 89 (need a christian name for him)
Paul S Aug 89 - Feb 92
Mike C Mar 03 - Jan 05
JJ H Jul 05 - Aug 09 (left RAF recently)
Ian P
Any info you could provide would be greatly received, even if only to corroborate what I already have. If you're in contact with any of those concerned, then I'd be happy to give you my contact details to pass on to them. PM would be most appropriate, I think.

Thanks (edited for layout)

Thanks! I was actually just looking for C160 chaps, but that was partly because it never occurred to me that the exchange pre-dated the Transall. I was also given the impression from our sidw that the exchange started in around 1974. Evidently not...

A couple of my pilot mates from 'the age of dinosaurs' did Luftwaffe exchanges; Don Boyes c1970-72 ( after a co-pilot tour on 47 ) and Steve Wrigley c1973 ( after co tour on 48 and captain tour on 24 ). I think Mike Smith, nav', did one as well.

Chris M was there as an exchange nav at Landsberg at the same time as Steve W. Chris was replaced by Mike S. Adam was based at Hohn.

Many thanks to those who've helped so far - I've replied to the various PMs.

I think I have everything now from 1966 to the present day, with the exception of 1981-1986 (between Tony F and Pete B)

There is a Chris O'B who fits in there, but it looks like one name might be missing. Anyone able to fill in the last remaining gap for me?

Thanks again

PB was doing his language training at RheinD in 1980 for sure. I met him there during an ASC trip. I think I have his email if you need further. he retired very recently from BA.

Hi Mcdhu,

That would be amazing if you could. His dates I have got straight from his leaving gift to the Sqn, and they don't fit in with a 1980 language course. He might be just the person to fill in the gaps!

Thanks
