I am told that the RAF cannot formally introduce this aircraft to the public because of Purdah restrictions. Some things can be taken too far!
The Canadians got in first with their F18; but the Tiffie still looks nice.

I am surprised they managed to resist the temptation to stick invasion stripes on it.

GN- also used by 249 Sqn.
Underside colour should be Sky as well, Leon (I think it has standard Low vis roundels under the wings, though I would be glad to be corrected). However I'll give them the Radome and other aerials as they are 'Do Not Paint' items that don't come in black finish. Excellent effort by the Coningsby painters though.
Leon, the Nazi swastika is a banned item in Germany, so your graphic (excellent though it is) would benefit from its deletion.
Otherwise, very nice indeed!

Vx275, the BBMF used to have the MK 19's plastered in invasion stripes, something that PS853 in its "Wartime" scheme never had, as it wasn't even built then.
The Tiffie does look good though.

What a cracking finish for the Typhoon. Absolutely makes you think of Hurricanes and Spitfires, not to forget the Lancaster as soon as you see it. All we need now is the C130J repainted in "Crud and Custard"

Not me, just linked to a picture by Clavework Graphics (hence the copyright caption on it ).
BEags - there are plenty of ME108, ME109, FW190 and ME262s flying today with Swastikas on the fin. Also the ~60% scale WAR FW190s with an O-200 in them are also similarly painted. The German politicos can moan all they like, but it's all a bit like the name of GuY Gibson's dog - when it comes to history, you can't re-write it!
