I do recall the brick being flown in the Space Shuttle. It was on a hop from UK to Paris for the Airshow, can't remember what year.

He did fly with the Jags out of Colt for a few years, it would be good to know if he's at Coningsby now.

Brick

Fg Off Brick flew on an AEW Shackleton sometime between 80-85. I remember the event because unfortunately after the trip they could not find the log book which had the records of all the previous trips!! How embarrassing?

Fg Off Brick was a member of 41(F) Sqn at Colt and cadged a lift in any passing air transport or on det. He lived in a 'Jag Bag' made out of an immersion suit pocket and one of his fastest trips must have been on board the SR 71.

Janda, I am surprised he got promoted as he was always in the poo and apart from the mess Bill incident I think he upset the Yanks at Kef as well.

I believe he went into the building trade after hanging up his headset, specialising in high quality sh#thouses.

LUIGI

Flying Officer Luigi Stanford-Brick flew with 41(F) Squadron at RAF Coltishall during the i980s and early 1990s, spending most of his service life in the port ADEN cannon link bay.
He married Eva (nee: Wayhaulaway) in 1983 and they had a child, Halfa (known as Arfur).

Luigi has been AWOL for about 10 years but an imposter, posing as the real thing has been in SEngO 41 Sqn's office at RAF Coningsby for a number of years. The whereabouts of Luigi, Eva and Halfa are unknown.

The imposter Luigi attended the 2013 Gulf War Jaguar Pilots reunion dinner and was photographed. The original Luigi had a proper No5 mess kit, while this brick would not say where it had obtained its shabby uniform.

Anyone knowing the whereabouts of the real Luige is requested to contact me or Monty Grisedale here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1748...119/?ref=br_tf
