If you watch it on LiveLeak there is additional text:

A Taiwanese AT-3 trainer aircraft was down due to mid-air collosion during a three-plane aerobatics practice run. The pilot, leutenant colonel Chung, apparently delayed his ejection to the last moment to avoid dagames to civilians on the ground, and was found dead near the down aircraft. The other two planes landed safely.
