And I guess the Omani aircrew are as daring and wonderful to watch at low level as their RAF loan service presecessors were! Bad news indeed.

Very few of the early pilots were on exchange, but on "Contract" When did you serve there and form your opinions, presumably based on what you observed? Youtube doesn't count!

Sorry! Couldn't remember the correct 'Contract' term. I was Rapier from '76 for a few years and had my camera blown off its tripod by a Jaguar ruffling my hair over the edge of an escarpment.
