Looks like Suzi Perry got a trip in a Typhoon today ...

Formula One presenter Suzi Perry went supersonic today (Tuesday, June 18), blasting her way into the launch heralding this year’s Royal International Air Tattoo at RAF Fairford in Gloucestershire

She also got snapped with Rockape (you're never an 'ex' Rockape) Sean Allerton, a "a middle-age tetraplegic/quadriplegic (same thing) pushing 500 miles in a wheelchair around airfields for charity".. namely Flying Scholarships for Disabled People.

What a complete waste of time and money
On the face of it yes, approx. £65 000 an hour for a 'phoon, but it would be SCT or some such for the Boss rather than additional hours charged straight to the taxpayer, it comes out of the pot allocated for the sqn & could be considered essential PR for RIAT so it's not so clear cut. It keeps the RAF 'visible' to the tax paying general public although personally I would rather see more ac displaying at airshows in front of big crowds rather than air experience for one lady.

As for the bikini shot I may be getting old but isn't she just a little too mature for that costume? 'Mutton dressed as lamb' as Mrs Scott would put it?

If she were totally naked, would she be just "mutton"? I for one wouldn't object to being "forced" to look, whatever she wore ... but imho what makes a woman attractive / young / old or whatever is far more complicated than what she might choose to wear while she is sunning herself round a swimming pool on holiday.

P.s. She was, after all "showing her support..."
