XV239 BOI

Is the BOI for the XV239 crash in the public domain? I looked here but can't see it Ministry of Defence | About Defence | Corporate Publications | Boards of Inquiry and Service Inquiries

Anybody able to shed any light as to its whereabouts?

The BOI summary is here. The full report runs to at least 2 volumes, but I have no idea whether it is openly available for public viewing or obtainable under FOI for a charge. Check out the MoD's publication policy here . Hope this helps.
