Knew Adam on IOT and when i was OC Chips at Linton. Met H sailing for the RAF and roomed with him on sailing trips a couple of times and also knew him at Linton. The pair of them were all that was and is still good about life in a blue suit. Great people and whilst i am not well enough to travel to Bangor today to say goodbye to H, I know all there will say goodbye and raise a glass to all.

Bugger, must have some dust in my eyes....

Also on the BBC news site -- BBC News - RAF Lossiemouth Tornado crash off Wick: Remains of Flt Lt Adam Sanders found

From the report it appears they may have found Sam Bailey too, let's hope that this is the case for the sake of Fi and her family.

RIP Gents.

I was on that IOT course and knew both Sam and Fi (Fi somewhat better, but I distinctly remember doing some AT with Sam up at Grantown-on-Spey). It was a tragic end to a bad week. I hope that in due course Fi will find a sense of peace. F_S out.

The families wait is finally over. I hope some solace can be sought and the long and painful road ahead is comforted somewhat with friends and family.
