Similar changes for the RAAF?

Does anyone know if similar changes have happened for the RAAF? I've been hunting high and low to find the pre-surgery refractions allowed for aircrew as my eyes are way below par (-3.5 and -4.0). I understand it is -5.00 for general ADF entry but is it different for aircrew?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, the RAAF will take Pilot candidates who have had LASEK eye surgery, I'm not sure exactly what the pre-surgery limits are.
