Nevada ANG, RF-4Cs.

The unit switched to C-130s in 1995, so I am guessing this was filmed in the 'High Rollers'' final months as Phantom Phlyers.

I have discovered that this was not filmed at Lake Mead, but at Pyramid Lake just north of Reno.

Still an excellent video.
