Unhappy

Well I never! Not another brilliant defence procurement foul up surely?
When will they get it right? Could of had f22 instead, could of had f111's back in the 70's. Could of had a decent M16 rifle off our friends, but instead bought a piece of @rse and then spent millions upgrading it!

Why does this money wastage have to go on?

And what was that about an Aircrew pay review??!!

Cool

I remember a case about 15 years ago when my local computer dealer was selling PCs to the nearby defence research place. To get around govt procurement policies (computer = Amstrad 1640) they were invoiced as data logging equipment.
