Don't know who you are referring to as Elvis in the list but any previous gallantry awards that warrant post noms would/should be shown (even if they were received supporting 'them'/the hooligans/black tape brigade etc etc) - good to see a Master on the list with both a DFM and AFM (particularly given when the non-com 'M' was replaced with an all ranks 'C') [assuming of course that this is not Elvis].
