VC-10 air to air photos - late 1990s

Following on from my C130 thread, here are a few more of the 1000s I've taken over the years... I'll add more if anyone wants. Any requests?

Bet you didn't realise that a VC-10 is actually smaller than a Tonka?

Many more to come if you'd like... always a pleasure to show off what we do best!

Some really excellent shots there I imagine these (and your Herc ones) would be welcomed on the Nostalgic Photos sub forum on the Fighter Control forum.

Here's an odd one from a VC10 which I had to hand...

The delightful all-black 588 on her very last flight en-route to Coningsby, before being dismantled and taken to Hendon. Ahh, Typhoons, those were the days... eek!

........ taken from a smelly Hercules - urghhhhhhhhhhhh!

SilsoeSid,

What you have there is a VC10 K being followed by a C1K. Not sure whether the lead is a K3 or K4, but it certainly is a 'Super' VC10 with a longer fuselage than the C1K. Some Brize bod will be along to tell you exactly which airframes they are .....
