RAF Bruggen's address

Does anyone have RAF Bruggens address? I'm after both the BFPO address and local address.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Heartbreaking, to see some of those pics; especially of the HASs. Never mind, nice photo of my old MQ from the NAAFI shop car park. Brings back 12 years of great memories.

Thanks for the link Nutloose. My daughters will also like it.

In 1961 it was BFPO 42.
Happy days at the Texas bar and chicken house.

The address we were given was, Flugplatz Elmpt,
Roermonder Strasse, Landkreis Erkelenz, Nord Rhein Westfalen, Deutschland.
It will be much shorter now with postcodes.
Google shows it in 2009 as a nature reserve.Has anyone visited the area recently.

And Gutersloh was BFPO 47 ...

... hence Zeitung 47 for the station comic, and Club 47 for the NAAFI

......Happy Days indeed, with the FFR @ 5.5DM=£1, petrol coupons cheap as chips, duty free car and a liter of vodka 5DM in the NAAFI shop - cheaper than the Halfords windscreen washer stuff they also sold, so one used it in one's motor car ......

... and the schoolies ......

...and the Wobbly ....
