Norway selling its C130Es

Noticed this on the news.

Pdf sales brochure

Can't have much airframe life left on them. But maybe they'd offer a temporary stop gap on our lift woes? Or would 4 knackered airframes be more of an expensive headache than a help?

Either way, it certainly doesn't look like we'll be seeing the A400 any time soon.

Edit: link fixed.

Correct. One or two new Js would make a world of difference. That said there will be no new Js, no Hs or Es or no rebuilt K/Ms. Not while their airships have an undying love for more and more C17s. In the meantime tasking will keep grinding down both fleets here at sunny EGDL.

Happy days
