Treason

Treason is Treason is it not? Was on an aii-inclusive in Basrah when the locals who used to send fireworks over the fence went for a training camp somewhere in that region... Wonder what the sentence would be if he was living in Iran and doing it for us against them. Wonder if they will (Iran) might be our new best friends in a years time now we have a new boss in Washington?

I don't own this space under my name. I should have leased it while I still could

Certainly some of this story is true, namely Kiev, helicopter and crewman.

When the SK SAR first arrived many crew were drawn from the Nimrod force. One ex-kipper wet man, John M 201-7, was lucky.

Now the mighty hunter was allowed to make 3 passes of Soviet vessel which at 200 kts is not long. Shortly after the Kieve transit JM poped in with some photos. They had done the standard 3 passes in an SK and taken all day about it

Don't know how close they went as the rule as a quarter mile minimum.

taxydual,

As I said later in my post, there's the defence in the Act that the release was unintentional. So accidental loss could be a valid defence. I think you'd have to be very clear in proving it, though!

If the sentence is 7 years, how much actual 'inside' time will he do?
As the sentence is over four years, there is no automatic right to parole at the halfway point, and he will have to go up before the parole board. As his crime is non-violent, and he won't ever get the chance to reoffend, he will almost certainly get parole at the first attempt. So if he gets seven years, he will be out in about four.

BF

I follow your meaning.

But to charge the data losers with Treason, I bet that that wouldn't half make the data collectors more careful!
