Possibly the greatest squadron video ever?

and I have to say that through clenched teeth because they're Yanks not Brits.

Apologies if it's a repost, but this closet pprune geek hasn't seen it here before and it's worth a look.

Looks like the US Navy has administered too many Floggings, and Morale has improved wayyy tooo much.

Great to see such a product, and from Spunk Productions, what else would you expect

Given that this is the Dragoons, it counts as a sqn too and I think this still sets the benchmark.

Always a pleasure to work with the Dragoons, I wear my C Sqn Light Dragoons T with pride.

...or the one who has the very quick Timotei moment at the 03:48 mark.
Pops my cork but then I am a bit weird like that, or maybe I'm just thinking what she could be doing under that mane after lights-out

The vid's done the rounds before but is still outstanding. The real testament to it is that every time I hear the song on the radio I think of the video!

Al R,
The second vid ay oh was made by the Royal Dragoon Guards not the LD, I am sure you can still wear your t shirt with pride though.

Good to see it has generally had rave reviews as well.

The same can't be said about the RN 'Bohemian Rhapsody' one done about a year or so ago which received a good number of 'wasting taxpayers money' comments from the predictably anal and tiny-minded sector of the UK public.

Anyone ever wonder why they bother

Great production in the last one. Very slick. In my mind, all 3 USN ones are better than Amarillo. Sorry...

Not strictly a Squadron video but the last of the Fighter Fling vids (2004) is a classic. The "Hornet Eye for the Tomcat Guy" is a highlight and anything that starts with The Who must be worth a look !! .. http://video.google.co.uk/videoplay?...arch&plindex=0

Also downloadable to Video Ipods from Google Video.

All these videos made me sentimental for some wokka video. I've uploaded this one made by a friend of mine a few years ago:

How about this one from 801 NAS? Odd choice of soundtrack I thought, but well made and even the CO has a go!

Also it gives you links to other Sea Jet related videos......

Couldn't see anything from "Top Gun" in there, but there is a clip from "The Final Countdown"!
