PA spine that will be the day.... think you have to be med down graded or no use to anyone before they let you live out your days behind a desk.

"if unlucky enough to get selected". This comment and the fact that you have not been selected for PAS or appear to know much about it says it all.

Pilots Aid -
You're 'avin a laff, right??
You claim to be in receipt of flying pay, have served 22 years and intimate that you are Non-Commissioned Aircrew. Hmmm, you come out with such crass comments and questions - that are General Service Knowledge - which make me think otherwise.
Yes, there are plenty that have 'been there and done it' - read some of the many threads - and there are those of us on the PA Spine who are not medically downgraded or sitting behind a desk, but enjoying our privileged positions and Tof S. You sound like a whinging, ill-informed malcontent - so B@gger *ff! If I have misunderstood you in any way I can only apologise for the manner in which you have presented yourself.
Kind Regards,
JR
