Well you better get used to it. After Brexit, there won't be any Poles to do these jobs.

How on Earth did we think we'd win with Blue Hi vis vests?

The USMC's attempt to find the right mixture of Mud and Water.....to facilitate their not needing the USN for Transportation was turning out to be a real mess.

It seemed there was a difference between claiming to be able to walk on water and actually doing it thus the need for the Navy continues.

Whilst we may need weight savings elsewhere, the deck of the Ford will be able to take the F-35B now!

Blue hat = Navy, as usual they are the only ones actually doing any work.

Green hat = Admin, holding a tool but not actually doing anything useful.

Tan hat = Army, up to his ankles in shyte and looking around with a bewildered expression.

Yellow vests = workers
Blue vest = OHS observers. Unusually, numbers less than workers. More OHS must be enroute.

Going quite well, chaps. A few tangential thoughts I haven't seen yet, but perhaps that's just my weird mind!

Have a refresh of the picture ...

"Bet they didn't tamp down the hard-core with an Elephant !"

(From an old Post of mine: ..."The other loss was a valuable item of Government property. I've said that new concrete tracks were being laid. Before you pour concrete, you have to put in hardcore and ram it down. They had no steamrollers, but a Works and Bricks elephant made a very good substitute. Jumbo "marked time" ponderously, helping himself to any edible vegetation within trunk reach. His "mahout" (keeper) moved him a few feet from time to time as the job required"...)
