No you fool....the requirements document for the carriers stated that there could be a "Wait" for the combat aircraft - not that there should be a "Weight" for them!

As you can see Commander, if you buy this class of vessel for the Royal Tongan Navy, there is plenty of room on the Bridge for your mobility scooter.
