Well, we found that there were so many people trying to stow away in the undercarriage that we thought we'd cash in on it & charge them. So, it's a class below Economy...we call it Steerage.

For myself, I thought that Boris Johnson's attempt to solve the twin problems of London's fourth airport and a shortage of affordable housing for asylum seekers was quite imaginative.
