Has someone stolen some posts? Did I miss the end of the previous most recent competition? Why have we started again with a Dominie photo, before the old one finished?

Unless I am very much mistaken the chap in the picture is the late, and much missed "Bean" is it not?

It's still running, I posted about post 22000 and fan tome posted the first ever image, ignore it and carry on, I can't bring the current one to this page on my iPad browser or I would.

As Miles has correctly stated we have one airfield left, well to be truthful it's one carrier. Due to cost cuts we closed all the airfields and the Navy gave us a carrier to fly from because they felt sorry for us.

Why those foreign pilots keep failing the course: "Should any of you end up off course then mark my words you will have to come to me cap in hand and face the writing on the wall."

So the results of the test set by teacher are in:

With a C+ -

Dan Gerous
... and I'm going to write a really bitchy letter to the times, about the Royal Navy.

B- goes to Buster -

"...okay...and when I hold the pen out here, it's then called the Outer Marker..."

But this weeks teacher's pet with an A+ is:

awblain -

So… you're Terry, you're Terry, you're Terry, and you're Terry?
Is there anyone out there who's not called Terry?

Over to you.

Thank you.

Let's keep on with the plane and the cable (21985)

http://www.pprune.org/8294300-post21985.html

I'm happy to judge on Wednesday evening 22UTC/Z, or sooner if entries slacken. If fantome wishes to call it, that's also fine by me.

No thicko, (M) means we had then 15 in the fleet, but as this was taken 10 years ago you will have to go to the scrappy at Kemble if you want the cable back

Fantome,

We'll call you Terry, Mr Taliban.

It avoids confusion.
