As part of the defence review's conclusion that all the armed forces should become one service, the MoD decided on a new uniform which had to be very flash............

He's got his Officer's Sword, huge rank slides, Pilot's Wings and a Pilot style big watch, no wonder he's described by friends as being too big for his britches.
