Everyone thinks those great photos from the Mach Loop just happen, but the reality was a lot of rehearsal was involved.

Instructor, now chaps can anyone tell us all what went wrong? Nutty replied, well if is was a VC 10 I would say only filled the Port tanks with fuel.

The RCAF tried this with one of their Hornets & it was hours before they figured out which was top & which was bottom.
