Taking the family on holiday was expensive when Hoskins started factoring in the overheads..
Progression in Qantas was so slow, that cadets joined at an early age. Here we see the Second Officer being roused from crew rest for his stint in the cockpit of not touching anything.

This is soooo awful, I couldn’t get a seat in one of BA’s nice flat beds ... but then they haven’t been invented yet.
