This unconventional bijou residence is located in a highly sought-after position with views to the wooded mountains and the ocean. Deceptively small, it has a front door and a back door, a window and room for a double bed. Guest sleeping quarters are provided in the former floats. Access to the sun-deck is via a step ladder.
