"Yes, I'm sure it's a great little helicopter, but I really only came to see the Chinooks?"

or

"A pleasure meeting you, but I really must dash. I'm off for a jolly on an E3, and if I don't get there quick, the barstewards will nab all the mars bars".

or

"Ah, your the sniper chappy who was on the Team GB shooting squad until we needed some cheap security cover. Can't you do both from the cab door?"

"Don't worry Sir, he may be in the Regiment, but we have sown his sleeves to his jacket pockets, so he is harmless".

OK, so I've met some guys from the Royal Air Force and some from the Royal Navy, but no-one from the Royal Army so far?

----

I think my predecessor would be more interested in seeing the Gold Rivet.

No ... no ... old chap ... being issued with a P45 refers to some very hush hush personal technology coming soon that will make all our troops invisible to any enemy ... an absolutely wizard idea from our Back Room chaps ... trust me on this ... I'm a Politician.
