Pilot to Navigator, mission accomplished, passenger got out successfully and parachute opened, test over now Nav course for the airfield?....Course for the airfield please Nav....Nav don't be the strong silent type, I cannot see the field, please give me a course to steer, … Nav cummon we are running low on fuel, … Nav Please give me the course,... Pilot getting anxious turns round, (you can see the punch line}...

Early trials of the Parachute Regiment proved that the RAF needed an aircraft capable of carrying more than one soldier if bridge capture was to be achieved.
