Just waiting for the picture for this one, from today's Guardian, my bold:

No 10 said the event would be “one of the greatest British military spectacles in recent history” and would include a flypast of 26 types of RAF aircraft and at least 11 Royal Navy boats in the Solent.

Donald Trump is impressed that the Royal Navy could display 40 front line warships for the Spithead review, then he finds out it is 4 ships doing 10 fast circuits of the Isle of Wight

Kiltrash, Sorry, I'd not checked in until a few minutes ago; something known as "work" required my attention elsewhere!

And the Lord spake, saying, "First shalt thou remove the safety. Then, shalt thou count to three. No more. No less. Three shalt be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, nor either count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then, aimest thy sights and pull thy trigger towards thy foe, who, being naughty in My sight, shall snuff it."

Distribution restricted special: This photo should not be shown to the chaplain who got binned* for carrying ammo, and most certainly not shown with the commentary, "Hey, padre, look what you could've got away with if you'd joined up in the eastern bloc."

* Rightly so.
