Well done sir we have NEVER had so many bullet holes to repair before in one aircraft. Next time do the honorable thing and ditch it beside the carrier ....Saves us a lot of effort.

Alright everybody, some stellar entries....but it’s time to pick a winner:

honourable mentions to:

MPN11 (I would luv to be a fly on the wall for the other .4%)!
Debrief time:
”So how do you think that trip went?”
”99.6% was just perfect, Sir!”

Danny42c with
"The Flagship's making a signal, Sir - 'G-O-O-D' ......... 'G-O-D' !"

so onto the business end, in 2nd:

Traffic-is-er-was with:

Why leave the flaps down? It gives me somewhere to sit while waiting for the ladder.

BUT IN 1ST AND THE WINNER WITH THIS CORKER:

KILTRASH with:

At the subsequent hats on no biscuits or tea meeting the captain did suggest I was not suitable for Naval aircrew and suggested Navigator was more in my line.....In a B17 over Europe

.........Over to you Kiltrash 👍

Beat me to it!

Conservative Campaign Headquarters' ambitious plan to catch Jezza Corbyn with his pants down looked like paying dividends...
