The "Dwarves in Tanks" idea proved to be a complete flop when all of them turned over during initial field trials.

Fed up that the last homing pigeon had become another dinner for General Melchett the British army devised a way to armor plate the birds. However only Captain Blackadder foresaw the lift versus weight problem
