(I can't look at those roundels without thinking they're wrong. The proportions are more like the early Type A, instead of the post-War Type D with proportions 1/3 d, 2/3 d and d. There seems too much white and not enough blue.)

"Right, we will just finish repainting this last roundel and it will play mind tricks with MPN11 in the future."

'No, no, nothing personal - it's my fault for not writing out "Flight Dynamics Officer" in full on the requisition form.'

"Looks like the rest of the Squadron have all come back, debriefed and gone home for the day - we wouldn't have had to divert short of fuel if you hadn't fed me the Flight Level as a Course* to fly ! Now Boss will be livid, very last time I fly with a Dog Nav !"

* Yes, yes - I know it's a Heading now, but old habits die hard.

Fido so wanted to be a guide dog, but he ended up with the horror of being a hand replacement dog instead.

Did I, just because it's called a COCK pit does mean you can cock your leg in it. Do what all the other navs do, pee on the wheel.
